For times when we’re not available or in the event of an emergency, here are some useful numbers.
The following contacts are for the United States.  Other countries numbers may vary.


It’s an emergency

If you don’t feel safe, feel suicidal or may have harmed yourself, you need urgent medical help and should:

  • Call 911
  • Go straight to the emergency room
  • Call or text 988 to reach the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. (Alternative number: 1-800-273-8255)

Ask someone to help if you’re unable to do this yourself.

Remember, you’re not wasting anyones time. Your mental health is important.
