Is the service provided free of charge?
knus Inc is a non-profit. We provide mental health support free of charge.
How long does it take to register?
It takes less than 15 seconds. Once registered we will let you know once you can access our service.
Who can I connect with via knus?
When you use knus, you get to interact with a qualified and experienced peer support coach.
Peer support is provided by individuals who have a lived experience of mental health. The lived experience could be based on their own experience of mental health or that of helping another person, whether that be personally or professionally. Our peer support coaches have successfully qualified on a peer support course or similar, confirming their competencies.
How much does it cost and how are the funds used?
The course is currently free of charge for a limited time. After this time, the course will return to its original price.
The current price of the course is $39 reduced from $89 as an introductory offer. You may be eligible for free access dependent on your financial circumstances.
All funds raised as a result of the sale of our courses go towards our cause. knus is a non-for-profit organisation known as knus Inc, based in Delaware, USA.

How do you use my information?
All interactions on knus are confidential and you can request a copy or deletion of the information we hold on you at any time by contacting: dpo@getknus.us. The only time we will breach confidentiality is if we believe someones safety is at risk or if there is a safeguarding concern. If this occurs, we will contact and pass on the information to the emergency services or the authorities.
